- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the number of sample bottles ordered and the shipping zone. Costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, CVT ships sample kits exclusively within the United States.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. For more specific timelines, please check your tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Handling and Delivery of Sample Kits
- Kit Packaging: Each sample kit is carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Instructions for sample collection, storage, and return shipping are included in each kit.
- Handling Upon Receipt: Upon receiving your sample kit, please follow the provided instructions for sample collection, storage, and preparation for return shipment. Proper handling is essential to ensure the integrity of your sample.
5. Returning Samples for Testing
- Return Shipping: Each sample kit includes return shipping instructions. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that samples are packaged securely and shipped promptly to our lab.
- Return Delays: Samples should be shipped back to CVT promptly for optimal accuracy in testing. If a sample is delayed, please contact us, as some tests require timely analysis for reliable results.
6. Shipping Issues and Damaged Packages
- Damaged Shipments: If your sample kit arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to send a replacement kit as quickly as possible.
